If you choose to hire me as your personal trainer, I will aim to help you with the best of my ability to meet your desired goals. Personal training provides you with 1-1 support and motivation from myself throughout your sessions and beyond ensuring you have support outside the sessions as well as in. This includes nutrition advice and support as well as programmes/plans to carry out when you are not with me.
