Buddy Personal Training

Wanting to Lose weight? Feel more comfortable in your clothes or in your body? Are you looking to improve your general fitness or sports? Feel fitter in everyday life? Or just looking for someone to give you the motivation and support you feel you need? However, are you struggling to afford it or would prefer company? Well this is where buddy/group sessions can help.

You can get the same motivational and supportive training from me as 1-1 training but in a small group of up to five people with similar goals. One of my passions in fitness is to make it more accessible to everyone and this is one way I feel this will help. This option provides you with buddy/group training sessions, with additional personal support outside the sessions (this is 1-1). In addition to this, nutrition advice and support as well as programmes/plans to carry out when you are not with me is available.
