Hybrid Personal Training
Like the sound of online training but feel like you might want to add a session every month to give you more guidance and support than working from a far? Like the sound of personal training but cannot afford weekly sessions? Then Hybrid training is for you!
Hybrid training integrates the online factor with a monthly or bi-monthly face to face session, to provide you with more motivation than just the check-ins as well as to go over anything you feel unsure about/or looking for feedback on. Payment is taken 1 x per month, but you cancel at any time. Initial programmes take to 7 days to produce and re-programmes can take up to 3 days.
