Online Personal Training
Using my knowledge base and 3 years of experience with face to face clients, I can provide you with effective and safe planning/programming to help you get the results you strive for.
If you would like to work with me but are unable to access face to face training or do not currently have the time for weekly pre-arranged 1-1 sessions, then consider my Online Personal Training service.
How does it work? After an initial consultation (face to face or via video chat), I will create and provide you with personalised training plans every calendar month, via an online app in which you can log the workouts every time you complete one. This also provides you with videos attached to the workouts to show you what the exercise is if unsure of what to do. As well as supplying you with exercise history on each exercise so you can see where you were on previous workouts and can push to progress every session.
You also have the option to be added to the Facebook Client group in which you can gain support from myself and likeminded people. Additionally optional weekly check-ins are available to help provide you with feedback on training as well as discussing anything you have been unsure about throughout the week.
Payment is taken 1 x per month but you cancel at anytime. Initial programmes take to 7 days to produce and re-programmes can take up to 3 days.
