Personalised Training Programs

Are you happy training on your own in the gym but would prefer some guidance in programming your sessions? Find programming your own sessions time consuming or an added stress? Or just not sure what to do in the gym to get the best results?

Then let me take this stress away from you and help. All programmes given are personalised to you and are adapted towards your experience in the gym as well as your abilities. With all the information I gain from you within a consultation I will produce a plan that allows you to make progress throughout the length of time the programme is for. The programme/plans are provided at a minimum of 6 weeks and a maximum of 12 weeks depending on what you are looking for in a programme and the goals you are working towards.

The aims of all programmes are to help you progress throughout its time, allowing you to get the best out of your training and see results. It is recommended, when the programme is nearing its end that you get in contact with me for a review and new programme based on the results and progress made during the current programme you are on.
